We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Any Freighting Fees may be billed to the fulfillment artist separately after processing your order. Please contact email@example.com for freight fees before the order is placed.
Fulfillment White Label Drop Ship Directly to Customers
We Drop Ship directly to your customers in white label packaging.
White Label Packaging is generic; no invoices or anything that identifies Bay Photo as the producer of the prints are included with drop shipped orders.
If complete address information is not supplied we will attempt to contact you, but if corrected information is not received within 2 days the order will be shipped to the artist.

We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for further instructions

FOR ORIGINALS: All shipping is free for the Continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, and all other countries will need to contact us directly at email@example.com to arrange shipping fees. All non-US clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.
SHIPMENT OF ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED: If your artwork arrives and is damaged during the transportation, please contact us immediately to let us know. If you received a damaged package, please photograph it before you open it. You may then open it and see if the artwork has been damaged. If the artwork is damaged, please make another photograph and send the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Please contact us if you are returning a package. The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping cost is at customer’s expense. It should be undamaged and in the original packaging. Customer must insure the returned artwork for the full value of the purchase amount. Refund will be issued once we received the artwork back.

CAN I COMMISSION A PIECE OF ART FROM YOU?
Yes, we would love to work with you to create a custom artwork for your space. To start the project usually requires 50% down payment of the final price. Please contact us to discuss any ideas you have. We have many happy customers who have commissioned pieces for their collection.
